Worlds smallest man Pingping (China) with longest woman Svetlana Pankratova (Russia, Queen of longest leg). In front of Trafalgar Square in London, Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2008. Both of them hold Guinness World Record. Pingping is 74.61 cms (2 feet 5.37 inches. Pankratova holds the Guinness World Record for the longest leg 132 cms (4 feet 4 inches) in length.
